The Website allows the purchase of handcrafted jewelry, including custom-made or personalized items, with shipping available in Italy and abroad.
2. Subject of the Contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by SION ANTIQUE TREASURES to customers through the Website.
Any order placed implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer.
3. Product Characteristics and Availability
All products are described in their respective product pages.
As these are handcrafted jewelry items, unique pieces, or custom-made products, the images and descriptions on the Website are for illustrative purposes only.
Any slight variations in color, shape, size, or finishing compared to the published photographs shall be considered normal and shall not constitute a lack of conformity.
Any natural characteristics of the stones (including inclusions, tonal variations, or structural variations) shall be considered distinctive features of natural materials.
The products available for purchase are exclusively those published on the Website at the time the order is placed.
SION ANTIQUE TREASURES reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions, or product availability at any time, without prejudice to contracts already concluded, for which the conditions in force at the time of the order shall apply.
4. Purchase Procedures
Orders may only be placed through the Website.
To complete a purchase, the customer must follow the guided online procedure, enter the required data, and confirm the order.
Receipt of the order does not automatically constitute acceptance of the same.
The sales contract shall be considered concluded only upon receipt of payment and the sending of the order confirmation e-mail by the seller.
4 bis. Purchase Procedure on the Website
The customer selects the desired product and adds it to the shopping cart.
Once the selection is complete, the customer may view the order summary and proceed with the confirmation by clicking on “Proceed to Purchase”.
The system requires the entry of billing, shipping, and payment information.
Before the final confirmation, the customer may review and correct any errors in the entered data.
The contract shall be considered concluded upon receipt of payment and the sending of the order confirmation e-mail containing the purchase summary.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep a copy of the confirmation e-mail.
Orders shall be fulfilled according to product availability, as many products are unique pieces or handcrafted items.
In the event that an ordered product is unavailable, the customer shall be promptly informed and a full refund shall be issued within 7 working days.

5. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices indicated on the Website are expressed in Euros (€).
Unless otherwise specified, prices include applicable VAT for sales within the European Union.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices do not include any customs duties or local taxes, which shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
Any shipping costs are clearly indicated before the order confirmation.

Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed.
Transaction Verification
SION ANTIQUE TREASURES reserves the right to carry out security checks on transactions in order to prevent fraud or unauthorized use of payment systems.
The seller may request additional documentation or information to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
In case of suspected fraudulent use of payment systems, the order may be cancelled or suspended.
6. Personalized and Custom-Made Products
For custom-made or personalized jewelry, the customer is required to provide all necessary information (e.g. size, engravings, materials, stones).
Once production has begun, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel the order.
Any errors in the information provided by the customer shall not be attributable to the seller.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made in Italy and abroad through selected national and international couriers.
Average delivery times are approximately 7 working days from shipment.
For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Any delays not attributable to the seller shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package.
Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier by accepting the package “subject to inspection”.
Insurance and Transfer of Risk
The risk relating to the product passes to the customer upon delivery of the package.
Shipments may be made with insured services depending on the value of the product.
In the event of loss or damage during transport, a claim procedure shall be initiated with the appointed carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The refund shall be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned item, subject to verification of the product.
The customer shall be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
The user is informed of this exclusion before confirming the order and by accepting these terms and conditions.
9. Verification of Returned Products and Jewelry Identification
Before shipment, each piece of jewelry is inspected and documented.
Products may be identified through:
- precious metal hallmarks
- stone characteristics
- distinctive handcrafted workmanship
- photographic documentation
The seller reserves the right to verify the correspondence between the returned product and the shipped product.
If the product shows signs of tampering or alteration, the refund may be refused or reduced.
10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code.
The customer is required to report any defects within 2 months from discovery by sending written notice to:

11. Limitation of Liability
SION ANTIQUE TREASURES shall not be liable for damages arising from:
- improper use of the products
- customer negligence
- force majeure events
Any liability for delays or non-performance due to damage caused during transport by third parties is excluded.
12. Intellectual Property
All Website contents (texts, photographs, logos, designs, trademarks, etc.) are the property of SION ANTIQUE TREASURES or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
The contract is drafted in Italian. In the event of translation into other languages, the Italian version shall prevail in all cases.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of the contract shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Busto Arsizio, except where mandatory jurisdiction provisions under the Italian Consumer Code apply.
