RETURNS & WARRANTY

1. Can I return a jewel?
   Non-personalized items: 14-day returns if unworn, undamaged, with original packaging. Bespoke/engraved excluded. See website Return Policy.
2. What warranty is offered?
   24 months against manufacturing defects. Excludes wear, accidents, chemicals, or unauthorized repairs. Each jewel includes authenticity certificate.
